Student Enrollment Process
1. Complete 2009-10 Student Enrollment Application form and submit to RFKCHS office.
2. If there are no open spaces available the student’s name will be given a number,
entered into the next lottery drawing and numbers will be chosen to fill available open spaces.
3. Parents / Guardians will be notified once their child has been accepted to RFKCHS.
Parents/Guardians will then need to bring the following documentation listed below to complete the student registration process.
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Medicaid Card
- Certificate of Native
American Blood (CIB) / 506
- Current
shot records
- Withdrawal
form from last school attended
- Official student transcript or an unofficial student transcript
- IEP (only for students who have received special education services)

Conferences & Evaluations
Robert F. Kennedy Charter
High School welcomes parents, guardians and visitors during school business hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00
pm. Parents / Guardians can walk in or call RFKCH office 243-1118 if they have any questions; would like more information;
would like to schedule appointments with administrative staff, teachers, student service providers or school visits.
All visitors must sign in with the administrative office.
